Case Dismissed. Client charged with armed robbery and possession of firearm during commission crime. Case consisted of alleged victim’s word against client’s word. Alleged victim’s statements to police and his written statement were not consistent so a jury trial was demanded. At jury selection district attorney conceded his case was weak and dismissed the case.
