Fine of at least $1,000.00 but not more than $2,000.00.
Up to nine (9) months in jail. Mandatory ten (10) days in jail if your prior conviction for DUI was within five (5) years of your current conviction.
You must install an ignition interlock device on your vehicle for one (1) year, at your expense;
Ten (10) day immobilization of your vehicle unless this is your second conviction and it is with in five (5) years of your previous conviction there is a mandatory immobilization of your vehicle for thirty (30) days, unless it is your only vehicle and your family will suffer a hardship as a result of the immobilization;
You must attend and complete the level II DUI school and have a drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment if needed;
Twelve (12) months probation with fifty (50) hours of community service;
You driver's license will be suspended for five six (6) months and you will not be eligible for a limited license. If your second conviction is within (5) years of you prior conviction your license will be suspended for five (5) years. You maybe eligible for a limited license after completing the DUI school and after serving one (1) year of the suspension;
If at the time of arrest your breath or blood alcohol level is .15 or above or there was a minor in the vehicle the fine will increase to a minimum of $2,000.00 but not more than $4,000.00, and the court my jail you for up to twelve (12) months;
If your BAC is .15 or above you will be required to install an ignition interlock device on your vehicle for not less than two (2) years.
