The trial court properly found that Florida was child's home state and that jurisdiction was proper in Florida court. Even if New York, where mother had filed paternity petition, was child's home state, Florida court nevertheless had jurisdiction because New York court had declined to exercise jurisdiction on ground that Florida was more convenient forum. Time-sharing (Visitation) Modification. The trial court was not required to make finding of change in circumstances in modifying time-sharing where previously ordered time-sharing was a temporary order and the Court properly considered best interests of child in developing time-sharing schedule.
